Shipping

    1. Do you offer free shipping over a certain amount?
      Yes, we do offer free shipping offers during certain occasions. Please do keep an eye out for offers on our online shop and social media.
    2. Once I place an order, how long does it take to get it delivered to my address?
      Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location within India.
    3. What are your shipping costs? And, where can I see it?
      Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
    4. How do I track my order?
      As soon as your order is shipped, you will be receiving an email (at the email address you provide during the checkout) about the tracking details of your order.
    5. I made a mistake with the shipping address. How do I correct it?
      You can contact us via – Email: info@brewnation.in on the same day that you place the order. This is to ensure that we get all the correct information before dispatching the order.
    6. Do I need to sign for delivery?
      Depending upon the type of delivery you opt, you either can choose to mandate with or without the sign.
    7. Do you offer pick up?
      Unfortunately, we do not offer any pick-up at the moment.
    8. Can I have my shipment expedited?
      Yes, Please mention your requests in the “Special Request” section.
    9. I have a different Billing & Shipping Address No problem, please mention this under the special request section at checkout and we will ship and bill accordingly.
    10. I want a GST Invoice All our invoices by default come with our GST no 36ARUPK9077G1Z0. Please mention your GST no under special request at Checkout and we will have it updated in our invoices.
    11. I received an invoice, but my GST no is missing. Please email accounts@brewnation.in and we will have it updated.

Returns, exchange and cancellation

    1. Do you accept returns?
      If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased or if you notice a defect in the quality of the product from our end, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for the refund.
    2. Who pays for return shipping?
      The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error in shipment or an item arrives damaged or defective. In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item, Brewnation will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only, and only for returns made within 48 hours of the delivery date

    3. Can I exchange an item?
      We do not offer exchanges at the moment.
    4. I ordered a wrong item. How do I cancel it?
      You may choose to cancel your order but please note that the full refund is only issued on the items that are cancelled within the same day of ordering.
    5. How do I get my refund?
      Depending upon your mode of payment, your amount will be credited to your bank account within 7 business days.

Product related

    1. I want a product that is out of stock, do you take Preorders?
      Please send a email for pre-orders to founder@brewnation.in
    2. Is there a minimum order amount?
      No minimum orders, order as you like.
    3. Do you offer any repair, service and warranty support for the product?
      Depending upon the product, we do offer technical support in terms of basic troubleshooting. Besides that, we do not provide a direct service assistance or warranty on any of the products purchased on our website unless there’s an error from our end. We will do our best to guide you with your issues and help you fix it.

Payment related

    1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
      COD have been temporarily suspended, Please do check back later.
    2. What are the methods of payments do you accept?
      Debit & Credit Cards, Online, Paytm, Gpay all UPI modes of payment.
    3. Do I get a payment confirmation?
      Yes, upon placing a successful order. You will receive a email confirmation.
