What items can be returned?

If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased or if you notice a defect in the quality of the product from our end, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to receive a 100% refund on the item.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error in shipment or an item arrives damaged or defective. In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item, Brewnation will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only, and only for returns made within 48 hours of the delivery date

Please contact us if your defective merchandise is less than Rs. ___ in value; returning the merchandise may not be necessary.

Can I cancel my order? You may choose to cancel your order but please note that the full refund is only issued on the items that are cancelled within the same day of ordering.
