Instructions
- Make sure to sanitize the bench capper prior to use
- Attach the sanitized bottle cap to a built-in magnet inside the standard bell on the bench press
- Align bottle with the bottle cap on the bench press
- Once aligned, using both hands, push the handles down
- Make sure the surface used for bottling is non-slippery
