This duotight 8mm (5/16″) adaptor is designed to suit the Nukatap Mini.
This will allow you to attach your NukaTap Mini to a duotight Flow Control Ball Lock
Disconnect for example.
This particular type of flow control ball lock disconnect includes a “tang” at the top of the push in fitting that couples with this adaptor.  The combination of the two fittings prevents the tap spinning around while in use.
