- Typically added in Belgian Witbier as a late boil addition but it is also suitable for Pale Ales, Session IPAs, New England IPAs and other fruit forward beers.
- We suggest adding 7-15 grams of bitter orange peel before the end of boil. You may adjust the quantity according to your recipe. Please note that it brings out a certain amount of bitterness from the additions.
- Alternatively, steep in hot water for 10 minutes and add to your secondary fermenter as required to get an enhanced flavor experience.
Store in a dry, well ventilated, odour free place below 20 deg C.
